We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team at the CSX rail terminal in Nashville. In this role, you’ll oversee the unloading of brand-new automobiles from railcars. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

About the Role:
As a Rail Terminal Supervisor, you’ll coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations. You’ll lead a team, prioritize safety and efficiency, and ensure vehicles are unloaded and placed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle unloading
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Ensure safety standards are followed
- Communicate with customers and manage equipment availability
- Maintain inventory accuracy and vehicle security
- Assign duties and manage staffing levels
- Collaborate with terminal leadership to improve operations
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required

Important Notes:
- You’ll be employed by PRS Auto, not the railroad
- Applicants must live within 45 minutes of the terminal
- Relocation assistance is not offered
