Position Overview:
- Role: Jockey Driver (Hostler/Ground Person).
- Location: Industrial Rd, Harrisburg, PA.
What You'll Do:
- Operate a jockey truck to maneuver 53ft trailers, containers, and chassis within the yard.
- Perform ground duties including climbing railcars, managing track locks, and handling Inner Box Connectors (IBCs).
- Assist in loading/unloading equipment with packer operators using hand signals.
- Participate in stacking/unstacking chassis and managing chassis racks.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Shifts Available:
- Choose from:
- 4 days/week, up to 12 hours/day, 3 days off (potential 5th day after probation).
- 5 days/week, up to 12 hours/day, 2 days off (potential 6th day after probation).
Current Openings:
- 5:00 PM Shift.
Night Shift Compensation:
- $21.88 to start (rate already Includes a night shift differential).
- 1st Raise @ 6-month - $22.45.
- 2nd Raise @ 4/26/27 - $23.43.
- 3rd Raise @ 1 year - $24.03.
- Additional Annual Raises.
- Potential Earnings: $55,000 - $70,000/year in hourly wages with overtime.
Day Shift Compensation:
- $20.93 to start.
- 1st Raise @ 6-month - $21.48.
- 2nd Raise @ 4/26/27 - $22.45.
- 3rd Raise @ 1 year - $23.03.
- Additional Annual Raises.
- Potential Earnings: $55,000 - $70,000/year in hourly wages with overtime.

Qualifications:
- Age: 18+ with a valid Driver's License.
- Background Check: Must pass a 7-year check; certain felonies or parole/probation within last 5 years may disqualify.
- Drug Test & Physical: Must pass both.
- Residency: Must live within a 45-minute commute of Harrisburg, PA; no relocation assistance.
