What We Offer You:
- Real money: $70,000 – $90,000 per year ($35 – $39/hour based on experience) with regular overtime available.

The Work You’ll Do: (and actually enjoy)
- Keep heavy forklifts, hostlers, and terminal vehicles in top shape
- Tackle air, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with confidence
- Weld, fabricate, and problem-solve on the spot
- Perform preventative maintenance that prevents downtime and keeps the terminal flowing
- Jump in wherever the team needs you—every day is different
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of real diesel or heavy equipment experience
- Your own hand tools (we give you a generous yearly tool allowance)
- Solid understanding of air brakes, electrical, hydraulics, and diesel engines
- Valid driver’s license and a clean-enough record to pass a standard 7-year background check and drug screen
- No diploma needed—your work history and ability do the talking
